1.Who we are

Skillmopro Technologies, Sajjad Street, Mohalla Farooq Abad, Dhoke Mustaqeem, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan, runs skillmopro.com and decides how your information is used. You can reach us at [email protected].

2.What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and profile photo from Google when you sign in, and the role you choose (client or freelancer).
• Projects: what you write when you post a project, the budget and the deadline.
• Messages: chats with experts and messages to support.
• Orders and payments: the amount, the deal code, the transaction ID and bank name you enter, and the payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and basic usage logs, which keep the site safe and working.

3.How we use it

• to create your account and keep you signed in,
• to understand your project and match it with suitable experts,
• to show offers, run chats, create orders and confirm payments,
• to send you notifications about offers, messages and orders,
• to keep Skillmopro safe: we hide phone numbers and links in chats, and check for fraud and misuse,
• to improve our service and fix problems,
• to follow the law, for example tax and accounting records.

4.AI tools

We use Google Cloud AI (Vertex AI) to read your project text, write a short summary, suggest a budget, and help the Skillmopro Team write offers and replies. The text is sent to Google only for this purpose and is processed under Google Cloud's business terms.

Please do not put passwords, bank details or other private information in your project or messages.

5.Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only when needed:

• Experts you deal with see your first name, your project and your messages.
• The Skillmopro Team reads and answers chats on Skillmopro Team profiles. Our team receives these messages in a private Telegram group and replies from there.
• Service providers that run parts of our service for us: Supabase (database, login and file storage), Google (sign-in and AI), Telegram (team messages), and our bank and payment partners (to confirm payments).
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect users from fraud or harm.

6.Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

7.How long we keep it

• Account, projects and messages: while your account is open.
• Orders and payment records: up to 5 years, because tax and accounting rules require it.
• After you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise the rest within 30 days.

8.Keeping it safe

Your data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access inside Skillmopro is limited to people who need it to help you. No system is 100% secure, so please also keep your Google account safe.

9.Your choices

You can ask us to:

• show you the information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your account and data (records we must keep by law are kept only for that purpose).

Send your request from the email of your account to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

10.Children

Skillmopro is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has made an account, please tell us and we will remove it.

11.Where data is stored

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Pakistan. We choose well-known providers that protect data with strong security.

12.Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes we will tell you on the site or by email.
