1.About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Skillmopro Technologies ("Skillmopro", "we", "us"), Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. They apply when you visit skillmopro.com, create an account, post a project, send an offer, chat, or pay.

By using Skillmopro you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Refund & cancellation policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2.What Skillmopro is

Skillmopro is an online marketplace for digital services such as websites, apps, online stores, design, marketing, data and similar work. Clients post a project, experts send offers, both sides chat on Skillmopro, and the client pays through Skillmopro Safe Payment.

There are two kinds of experts on Skillmopro:

• Independent freelancers who join Skillmopro after we approve their application.
• Skillmopro Team profiles, which are run by Skillmopro. Work on these profiles is done by our own team or by partners we check and supervise. Skillmopro is responsible for this work.

3.Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Skillmopro.
• You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
• Give true information about yourself. One person may have one account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, tries to cheat other users, or puts payments at risk.

4.Posting a project

Describe your project honestly and clearly. Our system may check your request, write a short summary of it and suggest a budget. We may refuse or remove a project that breaks our rules (see section 9).

Your project can be seen by experts on Skillmopro. Do not put passwords, bank details or other private information in a project.

5.Offers, hiring and orders

• Each offer shows the price in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), the delivery time and what is included.
• You can chat with an expert before you decide. Nothing is charged until you hire.
• When you tap Hire, an order is created with a deal code (for example SMP-ABC123). The order starts when your payment is confirmed.
• If you want more work than the offer covers, the expert sends a new or updated offer, and you decide whether to accept it.

6.Payments and Safe Payment

• You always pay Skillmopro, never the expert directly. We hold the payment until you approve the work.
• Right now you can pay by bank transfer or Raast to our business account shown on your order. More payment methods may be added through licensed payment partners.
• All prices are in PKR. Any fee is shown to you before you pay.
• We confirm each payment before work starts. After your first confirmed payment, your profile shows Payment verified.
• Card details, if card payments are added, are handled by our payment partner. Skillmopro does not store full card numbers.
• Never pay anyone outside Skillmopro, and never share your bank PIN or OTP. Payments made outside Skillmopro are not protected and cannot be refunded by us.

7.Delivery, revisions and approval

• The expert delivers the work through Skillmopro, by the date in the offer.
• After delivery you have 3 days to approve the work or ask for a revision.
• Revisions cover changes within the original scope of the offer. If the offer does not say how many revisions are included, up to 2 rounds of reasonable changes are included.
• When you approve, the order is complete and the expert is paid.
• If you do not reply within 3 days of a delivery, we will remind you. If there is still no reply after the reminder, the order may be marked complete.

8.Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order for free before work has started. Refunds for other cases are explained in our Refund & cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

9.Rules for everyone

You must not use Skillmopro to:

• pay or ask for payment outside Skillmopro, or share phone numbers, emails or links to move the deal elsewhere,
• do graded academic work for someone else (exams, assignments, theses). We can help you learn and review your own work,
• offer or ask for anything illegal in Pakistan, adult content, gambling, hacking of systems you do not own, or fake reviews and fake accounts,
• copy other people's work, logos or content without permission,
• harass, threaten or cheat anyone, or send spam,
• copy data from the site with bots, or try to break or overload it.

We may hide contact details in chat, remove content, cancel orders or close accounts that break these rules.

10.Who owns the work

• After you have paid in full and approved the order, you own the final work delivered for your project.
• Fonts, stock images, plugins or open-source code used in the work stay under their own licences. The expert should tell you about these.
• Experts may show your project in their portfolio only if you agree.
• The Skillmopro name, logo, website design and text belong to Skillmopro Technologies.

11.For experts who join Skillmopro

• Freelancers join through our waitlist and can work only after approval.
• Coins are used to send proposals on projects. Free coins are a welcome gift, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• You are paid after the client approves the work, minus the Skillmopro service fee shown in your account at that time.
• You must deliver the work you promised, on time, and only through Skillmopro.

12.Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Skillmopro safe and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

As far as the law allows, Skillmopro is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.

13.Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Open orders must be completed or cancelled first. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if there is money held for you, we will settle it fairly under these terms and our refund policy.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will tell you on the site or by email. Using Skillmopro after a change means you accept the new terms.

15.Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

If you have a problem, please contact support first. We will try to solve it within 15 working days. If it cannot be solved, the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan, will decide.
